Agree with you. Questions/answers won't necessarily reveal that much. So, some practice exercises will show much more. I stopped using questions like you mentions (failed, teamwork, last time you were stressed, etc.) they won't say much, as everyone failed or was stressed some time. I'd rather like to ask who they are as skills can be taught.
