@GeorgeBohan thank you for your point of view. I use Herzberg for quite some time for analyzing the state of policies, culture, and values. It shows a lot of potential for motivation and enhancing performance. It undercovers room for improvement and can guide activities.

I agree with you - money motivates and other factors are important too. So, it is a conjunction of drivers which creates a different mix in different companies.
