Hi Gsornsen, yes, you read it correctly. Manager can be woman or man or non-binary person. For me, it is not about gender, but about qualities that make leadership supportive and welcoming. Which is not the case in some companies I worked in. We can fix the singular to plural, but would it fix the lack of training provided to managers and hiring process that is often off the team´s needs?
