You should give and receive feedback regularly. You do 360 feedback. Feedback is helpful for your development.
Yet, feedback also puts many people in distress as we don’t like delivering bad news. You do not want to hurt anyone’s feelings. Therefore, you may try to avoid it as much as possible.
