Leaders thought everything would get back to normal.

Well, they were wrong.

Two years of locked offices changed your ways of doing things for good. Employees look for flexibility. Employees look for flexibility. But many teams struggle to find a balance between working from home and working from the office.

We got used to tolerating special circumstances and letting bad habits spread among teams. Some try to fix it by forcing people to come to the office 2–4 days a week.

Yet, a presence in the office does not address everyday team challenges. If you do not ensure continuity of communication in the hybrid model, your collaboration is under enormous pressure.

It is time to change your mindset and improve team collaboration.

A team is a team

Hybrid teams are not special. They are still teams.

Still, managers forget that and do not invest the same amount of time as they did when they were fully in the office.

Remote or hybrid teams still need you to help them with everyday activities, find solutions to problems, implement innovation, and deal with conflicts.
